A reverse image search via Google Reverse Image search revealed that the individual featured in the video is Indian Dancer Kiran Jopale.
Jopale had published the video on his Instagram page on September 16.
Accordingly, FactSeeker confirms that the alleged video of Muralitharan is misleading.
