Upon careful analysis, it has been confirmed that the video was generated using artificial intelligence. The investigation revealed that the video was manipulated using AI to alter a photograph taken during the Eastern Tamil Alliance agreement signing ceremony in Batticaloa on March 15th.

Therefore, FactSeeker confirms that the circulating video is AI-generated and urges the public to refrain from sharing or spreading such manipulated content.
