In this regard, the headline of the news published on the ‘Sathya’ website was, “Anura says no dialogue with Dilith”. It has also mentioned that Anura Kumara Dissanayake has rejected the challenge made by Dilith Jayaweera.

Meanwhile, the ‘Lanka C News’ website had also published a news about this matter. They have also mentioned that Anura Kumara Dissanayake has rejected this challenge.

Anura Kumara Dissanayake has made a statement in this regard by answering a question raised by the journalist during the live political conversation “Turning Point” which was aired on the “Siyatha” TV channel on the 8th (the day before).

Also, when Fact seeker inquired about this from the media unit of the National People’s Power, they stated that Mr. Anura Kumara Dissanayake said that if you want to participate in the conversation, you should bring a councilor position in a municipal council or a local council.

Accordingly, Fact Seeker confirms that the news that Anura Kumara Dissanayake refused to have conversation with Dilith Jayaweera is false.
