The series of photo captions shared comparing Rowan Atkinson in 1990 verses 2024 showed that he was allegedly ill.

A reversed image search along with reports from British media revealed that the image circulating was edited using, morphing the actor’s face to the body of a frail man using artificial intelligence (AI).

The individual in the original image was reportedly a deceased 75-year-old, identified as Barry Balderstone who had lost his life in 2020 due to poor medical attention.

An investigation into social media revealed that the actor was in good health as seen in an interview at a Formula 1 race on YouTube, published a few weeks ago.

Accordingly, FactSeeker verifies that posts claiming the alleged poor health condition of comedian-actor Rowan Atkinson are misleading.
