Do NGO officials spread AIDs under the guise of offering free blood tests?

A voice message circulating on WhatsApp regarding blood tests done by NGO Officials free of charge has caught the attention of many as FactSeeker received numerous requests to investigate the matter.

The audio tape which appears to be sent from a Non-governmental organization (NGO) claimed that the individuals who come to each house to do the blood tests spread AIDs instead.
While the audio appalled many, a majority had circulated the voice message as requested.
FactSeeker examined mainstream media for reports of the said audio message, but came to an understanding that the incident was not reported.
An official from the Ministry of Health confirmed that an incident involving officials of NGOs had not been reported.
Police Spokesman DIG Nihal Thalduwa too confirmed that the Police had not received any complaints regarding the said matter. He warned the public to beware of such messages that are created with the intent of startling the general public.
Accordingly, FactSeeker confirms that the voice message circulating on WhatsApp claiming that NGO officials spread AIDs under the guise of offering free blood tests is false.
