Technical investigations into the news revealed that the photo displays a tulip painting formerly done by the country’s independent artists on August 30, 2019, and this was on the walls exploded in Kabul, Afghanistan.
The photo has been published on the “MilitaryTimes, AirforceTimes and NavyTimes”, the three websites belonging to the ‘Sightline Media Group’, on September 1, 2019, with the caption reading, “Afghans tired of war do not speak out about their country’s fate during US-Taliban peace talks.”
Therefore, the news of the painting as is done today, celebrating the recent victory of the Taliban in Afghanistan is false.
